A man who was trying to deliver legal papers related to a lawsuit involving actor Justin Baldoni got arrested for trespassing at football star Travis Kelce’s home.
Who is Justin Lee Fisher?
The man’s name is Justin Lee Fisher. He used to be a police officer but now works as a private investigator.
On September 15, around 2am, he was caught on Travis Kelce’s property in Leawood, Kansas. He was trying to deliver papers that had to do with a lawsuit between Justin Baldoni and actress Blake Lively.
The papers mentioned Taylor Swift because she was supposed to be questioned in the case, but a judge recently said no to that.
How did the police find out?
According to the police report, the person who called them was Travis Kelce’s head of security. The report did not give many details and said the information couldn’t be shared publicly.
But court documents confirm that Fisher was charged with jumping the fence and being on private property without permission.
Fisher told a news source he was just doing his job and did not get hurt. He is worried he might lose his license to work as a private investigator because of this incident.
He did not want to say more and will have to go to court again in October.
The legal battle started in December 2024 when Blake Lively accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of their movie. She also said Baldoni tried to damage her reputation.
Baldoni then sued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and their publicist for defamation and extortion. That lawsuit was dismissed in June.
