After keeping his personal life under the covers, Sunny Deol finally unveils secrets about his upbringing. In the latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. known for their reserved nature and guarded private lives, surprised fans by sharing personal anecdotes during the show.
The Deol brothers were welcomed as special guests in the comedy show. They shared stories of being disciplined by their mother, Prakash Kaur, during childhood. Bobby Deol said that despite being the elder brother, Sunny never responded to the physical discipline.

When Kapil asked if Sunny has ever beaten Bobby Deol? “No, no. I get scared even by looking at his eyes.” When asked if his father Dharmendra ever hit him, he said, “Papa ne toh kabhi bhi nahi (Papa has never hit me). His eyes are just as powerful. Unka toh 20 kilo ka hath hai (His hand weighs 20 kilos)” Bobby replied.
Archana questioned the two about how their parents managed to discipline them as kids. Sunny shared, “Mummy se toh bahut mar khae hai (We have got beatings from mom).” In addition to this Bobby Deol also admitted that “She straightened me up.”
Sunny Deol shared events on how he used to get beaten by Prakash Kaur for getting injured while playing as a child. He said, “I used to get hurt and my mom would still beat me up with chappal and I would be bleeding.”
Sunny Deol’s most recent appearance on screen was in Gadar 2, while Bobby’s latest outing was in Animal. Their forthcoming projects include the Hindi film Baap and the Tamil film Kanguva, respectively.
