Shahrukhz by Danube, the ultra-luxurious 55-storey Dubai tower named after Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has completely sold out on its launch day, for over a whopping Rs 5,000 crore.
All the units of the iconic tower, which will be completed by 2029, has been sold out after the booking opened two weeks before the glittering launch ceremony in Dubai.
The announcement was made at a grand ceremony in Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City where Shah Rukh Khan, Danube Group founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan, director Farah Khan, actress Malaika Arora, were present along with 6,000 guests, including eminent UAE personalities, business leaders, real estate stakeholders and international media.
Luxury meets modern amenities
Spanning over one million square feet of built-up area, costing Rs 4,700 crore, the tower will have 488 units overall, with prices starting at AED 2 million.
The premium commercial tower, being built on the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, would feature world-class amenities including helipad, spacious prayer halls, sky pool, gyms, cricket pitch, zen garden, and podcast studio.
More Shahrukhz towers are in the pipeline as the developers plan to take the iconic line forward with similar structures in New York, London, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Sajan teased the development Shah Rukh Khan style saying, “picture abhi baaki hai mere dost”.

Blending luxury with modern office amenities, the spectacular property will have 488 commercial units, starting at approximately Rs 4 crore, and would offer more than 35 amenities.
From sky pool, valet services, executive lounges, to helipad, the location is close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai International Airport, and the Gold Souk.
Right at the entry of the towers will stand a grand Shah Rukh Khan statue with his trademark outstretched arms pose.
