Blessy’s directorial ‘Aadujeevitham’ starring Prithviraj Sukumaran hit the big screens on March 28, 2024. In an interview after the film’s premiere, Najeeb Muhammad mentioned that he was overwhelmed and impressed by Prithviraj Sukumaran’s performance. He also stated that he ‘cried’ after watching some scenes.

“Also, there was a situation where I could not come. My son’s baby died a week ago. Now I came here after they asked me to. If not, I would not have come. I am the only one from my family to come here today. No one else came. I only want this movie to be a success. Everyone should go and watch the movie,” Muhammad highlighted upon asking about his reaction to the movie.

‘Aadujeevitham’ is based on the adaptation of the 2008 best-selling Malayalam novel of the same name by Benyamin and follows the life of Najeeb, who, employed as a goatherd against his will, survives in a slave-like situation in the middle of the Saudi desert. In addition to this the film has music composed by AR Rahman and also stars Amala Paul in a key role.

The movie, “Aadujeevitham – The Goat Life,” is receiving praise from both critics and audiences alike. It has amassed a box office collection of Rs 7.45 crore, according to reports, despite being released on a non-holiday. Despite its weekday release, the film has garnered a strong opening. It is poised to have a successful long weekend at the box office.
