Actor Vikas Sethi, renowned for his roles in iconic 2000s shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kahiin To Hoga, and Kasautii Zindagi Kay, has passed away at 48. He died on Sunday, September 8, reportedly due to a cardiac arrest. He is survived by his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, and their twin sons. According to Telly Chakkar, Vikas suffered a severe heart attack before his demise.

Vikas Sethi gained fame for his supporting roles in several popular daily soaps during the 2000s. He also appeared on the third season of the dance reality show Nach Baliye alongside his then-wife, Amita.

In addition to his television work, Vikas was part of the iconic film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, playing Kareena Kapoor’s friend Robbie.

He also starred in the 2001 movie Deewaanapan, featuring Arjun Rampal and Dia Mirza in lead roles. In 2019, he played a significant role in the Telugu blockbuster ISmart Shankar.
