Bigg Boss 18 Winner: Karanveer Mehra has emerged as the winner of realty show Bigg Boss 18. Mehra was announced as the winner by actor and host Salman Khan, at the grand finale event. The other top finalists included Vivian Dsena, Eisha Singh, Rajat Dalal, Avinash Mishra, and Chum Darang. Previously, Munawar Faruqui won Bigg Boss 17, while MC Stan claimed victory in Bigg Boss 16. This season premiered on October 6, with the grand finale broadcast live on Colors TV and JioCinema.
This season of Bigg Boss gave audience ample drama, emotional fights, heartbreaks, and evolving relationships. The show premiered on October 4, 2024, featuring contestants like Vivian Dsena, Karanveer Mehra, Avinash Mishra, Chaahat Pandey, Alice Kaushik, Eisha Singh, Muskan Bamne, Shehzada Dhami, Shilpa Shirodkar, Gunaratna Sadavarte, Arfeen Khan, Sara Arfeen Khan, Tajinder Singh Bagga, Hema Sharma (popularly known as Viral Bhabhi), Shrutika Arjun, Nyrra M Banerjee, Chum Darang, and Rajat Dalal.
The budding romances between Karanveer Mehra and Chum Darang, as well as Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra, became the talk of the season, while intense clashes between Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal left viewers stunned.

In an interview with ANI, Karan shared his joy and said that he believes he is “the chosen one”. he said that winning back-to-back reality shows is rare, and he is proud to have achieved it. He previously won another realty show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.
Reflecting on his journey, Karan revealed how the experience taught him more about himself. He said that he discovered that he is quite emotional. “Before, when I used to cry over little things, I felt bad. But now, I believe that it’s okay,” he added.
Karan’s Bigg Boss journey was nothing short of a roller coaster, marked by heated clashes with Vivian Dsena and Sara Khan, lighthearted jokes at Avinash Mishra’s expense, and a budding romance with actress Chum Darang.
Discussing his tense relationship with Vivian, Karan admitted jealousy played a role in their conflicts. “When two people fight for the same trophy, then there will be some bitterness. But I was also jealous of him that he got things way easier and sooner than me, which I have admitted many times in the show. But he is also a good family man and that’s why I love him,” Mehra said.
Mehra, as the winner, will receive Rs 50 lakh, matching the prize money from the previous season. Along with the cash reward, the winner got an exclusive gold trophy, designed to complement the opulent interiors of the Bigg Boss house.
Over the years, Bigg Boss has crowned several memorable winners, including Munawar Faruqui (Season 17 – Rs 50 lakh), Dipika Kakkar (Season 12 – Rs 30 lakh), Sidharth Shukla (Season 13 – Rs 50 lakh), Tejasswi Prakash (Season 15 – Rs 40 lakh), and MC Stan (Season 16 – Rs 31.8 lakh).
