Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office collection day 4: Actors Harshvardhan Rane and Sonam Bajwa have given fans a new film to go ‘ga-ga’ over and that is Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. Directed by Milan Milap Zaveri, the film has been slowly but steadily winning over audiences. According to early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, the film collected around Rs 5.5 crore on Day 4, taking its total domestic collection to Rs 28.25 crore. While this marks a slight 8.33 per cent dip from Day 3’s Rs 6 crore, the fall was expected as Friday was a working day.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat vs other releases

Despite other big releases, the film has held its ground at the box office. Ayushmann Khurrana’s horror comedy Thamma, which released the same week, saw a sharp 26.54 per cent drop from Day 3 to Day 4 and fell into single-digit collections. Whereas, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is holding strong despite a limited release. Looks like fans are enjoying the Harshvardhan starrer more.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat occupancy trends

Occupancy numbers further shows the film’s performance. On Day 4, it recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 18.56 per cent. Delhi-NCR led with 613 shows at 18 per cent occupancy, while Mumbai registered 333 shows at 16 per cent occupancy. Interestingly, smaller cities are playing a big role, with Jaipur at 25 per cent, Lucknow at 25.33 per cent, and Bhopal at 15.67 per cent showing strong footfalls despite fewer screenings.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat box office collection until now

Over the first four days, the film has been consistent on the big screen. It collected Rs 9 crore on Day 1, Rs 7.75 crore on Day 2, Rs 6 crore on Day 3, and Rs 5.5 crore on Day 4, bringing the total to Rs 28.25 crore.

Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat beats Munjya, Mr & Mrs Mahi and more

The film’s performance is going strong when compared to bigger-budget releases. Loveyapa, starring Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor, managed only Rs 5.1 crore in its first four days. Dharma Productions’ Mr & Mrs Mahi collected Rs 19 crore, while Maddock Films’ last year’s surprise hit Munjya earned Rs 23.25 crore, all lower than what Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat has achieved.

With steady collections, strong occupancy, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat may be another big hit of 2025, if the collections remain steady.
