De De Pyaar De 2 Box Office Collection Day 11: Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Gautami Kapoor’s De De Pyaar De 2 continued its theatrical run with steady collections through its second weekend, though the film saw a noticeable decline on Monday. The romantic-comedy, directed by Anshul Sharma and backed by T-Series and Luv Films, released in cinemas on November 14 and has held its ground despite new releases entering the competition.

The film collected Rs 4.35 crore on its second Sunday, benefitting from strong footfall in major urban centres. But the Monday numbers slipped to an estimated Rs 1.50 crore, marking a 33 per cent drop from its second Friday performance. While Monday falls are common for most releases, the decline places the film in a tighter race to maintain momentum through the week.

De De Pyaar De 2 Box Office Collection Day 11

De De Pyaar De 2 opened at Rs 8.75 crore, and after showing solid growth on its first Saturday and Sunday, the film wrapped up its opening week with Rs 51.10 crore. The second weekend added further push, contributing Rs 2.25 crore each on Saturday and Sunday, taking the nine-day total to Rs 57.35 crore (India net).

With Monday’s estimated earnings of Rs 1.50 crore, the film’s India net total now stands at Rs 63.20 crore. This also marks a drop of nearly 60 per cent compared to the previous Monday, suggesting the film is settling into an average weekday trend.

The second week is projected to close in the Rs 17–19 crore range, roughly half of the first week’s earnings, which is typical for mid-sized Bollywood entertainers.

In the overseas market, De De Pyaar De 2 has shown stronger-than-expected performance. The film has earned Rs 19.25 crore overseas in 10 days, pushing its worldwide total to Rs 93 crore, inching closer to the Rs 100 crore milestone.

De De Pyaar De 2 performing better than new releases

Even with the Monday slowdown, De De Pyaar De 2 is performing better than several new releases that arrived this week. The film is currently ahead of 120 Bahadur and Mastiii 4, both of which opened to limited collections at the domestic box office.

The Ajay Devgn-starrer is also outpacing the actor’s own Son of Sardaar 2, which had lower traction in its opening days. With no major Hindi releases arriving until next weekend, De De Pyaar De 2 is expected to hold its screens comfortably through the second week.

De De Pyaar De 2: Story and cast

De De Pyaar De 2 continues the story of 52-year-old Ashish, who now attempts to win the approval of his younger girlfriend Ayesha’s family. The central conflict emerges with Ayesha’s father, played by R. Madhavan, whose presence brings humour as well as emotional friction. The supporting cast includes Meezan Jafri, Jaaved Jaaferi, and Gautami Kapoor in key roles.

With stable overseas earnings and modest weekday numbers in India, the film is expected to continue its steady run as it approaches the Rs 100 crore worldwide mark.
