Emmy Awards 2025: BLACKPINK’s Lisa made her acting debut in the 23-time nominated series ‘The White Lotus’. Featured in the third season, she played a Thai character named ‘Mook’. The drama series has received over 20 nominations, including the Outstanding Drama Series. Several other actors, including Amie Lou, Carrie Coon, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, Jason Isaacs, Walton Goggins, and Sam Rockwell, were among the nominees. Appearing in an iconic sheer pink gown on the Emmys 2025 red carpet, Lisa was lauded by her fans worldwide.
Captivating the cameras, Lisa wore a custom dress from German brand, Lever Couture. The voluminous pink ribbons, an elegant slit, and a long sheer train were the highlights of her glamorous appearance. To complete her outfit, she added bejeweled heels. While she is not among the nominees for ‘The White Lotus‘, her debut act was widely appreciated by fans globally. She was, however, nominated in the “Variety·Reality Program Choreography” category for the James Bond tribute performance she showcased with Doja Cat and Ray at last year’s Oscars. The award went to Doecii’s Grammy performance.

After her appearance on the red carpet, she shared with the media that her debut was an “acting challenge,” but she was happy to bring Thai culture to mainstream television. Blackpink World Tour
Kicked off in July, Blackpink, the Korean girl band, is on their world tour. From South Korea to Milan, these stars will conclude their tour on January 2026. It also highlights several solo singles from Lisa with songs such as ‘New Woman’, ‘Rockstar’. She also surprised her fans with numbers like ‘Thunder’ and ‘Lalisa x Money x FUTW’ remix at select stops. Fans in India can attend Blackpink’s Deadline World Tour in Thailand (October) and Jakarta (November).
