Befikre audience review: Ranveer Singh, Vaani Kapoor starrer opened to more or less positive reviews from critics and, judging by the full theatres, audience as well. The film, albeit a somewhat messy plot, is charming thanks to Ranveer and Vaani’s strong performances. Aditya Chopra seems out of his DDLJ element, but that doesn’t make Befikre any less of a fun watch. The film follows Shyra, born and raised in Paris, and Dharam, an out-and-out Delhi boy, trying out different types of relationships before realising that they’re best off as romantic partners (no shocker there, but okay). Thanks to its catchy numbers and Ranveer’s energy (and, we’re guessing, the scene where he stripped completely), the audience has largely loved the film, although there are a few who find it nothing more than a ploy to grab eyeballs with the lure of lip locks and the like. Clearly, the intention of the filmmakers is to take the next step to show social reality in prevalent modern mindset to provide live-in relationships more acceptability and to explore the trend a little further. Does it succeed in its intent? Check out the lively Befikre audience reviews on Twitter and YouTube:

Do you think Befikre will be able to win over its doubters over the weekend or is its already large fan base enough to make the film a hit?
