Dhurandhar Part 2 set for Eid 2026 release

Out of all the upcoming releases, Dhurandhar Part 2 will arrive first as the film has already been shot, and according to Sacnilk, it will hit the silver screen on March 19, 2026. Considering Part 1’s historic success, the buzz around the film will be at an all-time high. The Eid 2026 release will clash with Toxic and Dhamaal 4, but considering the film’s success streak, the movies don’t pose a significant threat.

Ranveer’s Don 3 shoot to begin soon

Shah Rukh Khan took over from Amitabh Bachchan, the original Don of Bollywood, in 2006 in the Farhan Akhtar directorial. The film, also starring Priyanka Chopra became a huge box office success, and the sequel followed five years later in 2011. However, the franchise is still waiting for its next installment for the past 14 years now. The end waits with Ranveer Singh playing the lead in 2026, marking 20 years of the franchise. It is rumoured that both Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in cameos in Don 3.

According to Sacnilk, Don 3 shoot will kickstart in January 2026 and the film is slated for worldwide release in late 2026 or 2027.

The zombie film

After wrapping up Don 3 shoot, Ranveer will begin shooting for Pralay, director Jai Meta’s zombie film. The film will go on the floors between July-August 2026, as per Mid-Day.

According to a report by Mid-Day, Pralay is expected to go on floors between July and August 2026. The film will be directed by Jai Mehta, filmmaker Hansal Mehta’s son who earlier directed web series Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story.

Pralay is set in times when Mumbai is dilapidated and unrecognisable. The film will bring together large-scale physical sets along with AI-driven digital extensions.
