It seems 2.0 director Shankar is leaving no stone unturned in making his film a blockbuster. The Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer much-awaited movie’s making video was released on Aug 25, 2017 and it has garnered record pageviews on YouTube. The making video of is full of grand sets, high tech action sequences, unbelievable make up jobs, and what not. The video also shows never seen before avatar of Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar. The movie is a sequel to the earlier blockbuster “Enthiran”, released in 2010. ‘Enthiran’, released as “Robot” in other languages, also had Rajinikanth in the lead role.

The video on the making of the trilingual ‘2.0’, starring Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar, was released by director Shankar on Friday. The video, which runs for one minute and 47 seconds, was released by the director in his official twitter account.

Amy Jackson is the heroine in ‘2.0’ which has music scored by double oscar winner A R Rahman.

Lyca Productions is producing the film which is expected to be released on January 25, 2018.

As part of the promotion of the film, a giant hot air balloon was released in the US by the producers.
