SSC CHSL 2016 final result: The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination 2016 results have been declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) at ssc.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website of SSC to check their result. While the commission had declared the SSC CHSL 2016 tier 1 exam results back in June 2017, the tier 2 results were declared by the commission in October 2017 and the final exam results have finally been declared. Reportedly, out of the total 3057993 candidates who had appeared for the tier I examination, only 53201 aspirants had qualified for the next round. Candidates need to remember that the official website of SSC might not work properly or the PDF file containing the result might not open due to heavy traffic. In such a case, candidates are required to visit the official website again after some time.

Meanwhile, the SSC Scientific Assistant written examination results were released earlier in the week. Candidates who appeared for the exam that was conducted for the recruitment of Scientific Assistant at the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) can visit the official website of SSC to check their results. A total of 1102 scientific officer posts are on offer by the Staff Selection Commission. The notification for the same was released by the last year in the month of July. The exam that was conducted in the month of November 2017 was held across various centres in the country.The exam was conducted by the Commission from November 22 to November 25, 2017.
