SSC results 2016: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) declared SSC results 2016 today on its official websites mahresult.nic.in, result.mkcl.org, maharashtraeducation.com. 89.56 per cent passed the MSBSHSE SSC exam 2016. As many as 1,68,541 students have scored 10 CGPA. State board secretary Krishnakumar Patil said that the marksheets will be distributed at the respective schools on June 15 at 3 pm.

The Konkan division has registered 96.56 pass percent which is the highest in all nine divisions while Latur is at the bottom with 81.54 per cent. Total 16,07,411 candidates registered for MSBSHSE SSC exams 2016 out of which 1601406 appeared. Maharashtra SSC result 2016 is dropped by 1.90 per cent. According to the Board’s chief, the drop is due to drop in internal marks.

In the special students category, a total of 6,087 appeared for the SSC exams 2016 and their pass percentage stood at 88.73. Initially an uncertainty was generated in the student community despite everyone being aware of the fact that the results are generally declared in the first week of June. A statement was then released by Maharashtra board to clear the confusion regarding dates.

How to check MSBSHSE SSC result 2016:

First of all, students should know that they can access their MSBSHSE SSC result 2016 via an SMS. Customers of BSNL can type mhssc < Seat No > and send it straight to 57766. Airtel, Idea Cellular, Vodafone and other users can check the board statement given at the bottom of this page.

STEP 1. Keep your official document/certificate handy in which your roll number and other details are listed

STEP 2. Visit the official websites mahresult.nic.in, result.mkcl.org, maharashtraeducation.com;

STEP 3. You will see in big bold letters ‘Latest Announcement – SSC Examination Result’; click on it

STEP 4: You will be directed to another page where you will need to provide the necessary information (as given on your admit card) – Roll No and mother or father’s name.

STEP 5: Click on ‘View Results’; check the same and then download it on your computer;

STEP 6. Take a print out of the copy of your MSBSHSE SSC result 2016. But don’t forget to collect the hard copy of the result as only the original certificate is valid for all official purposes.Students can log on to mahresult.nic.in or send an SMS to acess subject-wise marks, the board said.

The Maharashtra Board conducts exams within the state through nine divisional boards at Pune, Mumbai, Latur, Aurangabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Amaravati and Konkon.

Following are the division wise SSC results 2016 : Konkan: 96.56; Kolhapur: 93.89%; Pune: 93.30%; Mumbai: 91.90%; Aurangabad: 88.05%; Nagpur: 85.34%; Amravati: 84.99 %; Nashik: 89.61%; Latur: 81.54.
