Hilton India has for the second consecutive year been named India’s number one company to work for by global research and consulting firm ‘Great Place to Work’. The survey included over 5 million employees from over 1,750 organisations, and factored criteria like fostering diversity and equity, creating a positive work environment for employees and cultivating pride in the company’s values and vision.

To be certified as a Great Place to Work, companies must meet the minimum quantitative threshold on the Great Place to Work Trust Index Employee Survey, which gathers feedback from employees on how credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride are expressed in the workplace. With the requirements met, companies are certified as a Great Place to Work in the countries for one year.
