The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducted the GD Constable exam on February 4 and 5, 2025, as part of a multi-shift examination process running from February 4 to February 25. Admit cards are being released four days before the scheduled exam date. The SSC GD exam is being conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages, including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
This recruitment drive will fill 39,481 vacancies for roles such as Constable (GD) in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau. More than 52 lakh candidates have registered to appear for the exam.
SSC GD Exam Pattern
