Manisha Malhotra has been appointed as the new director-principal of Satya School, effective February 12, 2024, succeeding the current executive principal, Neeti Bhalla Saini. This appointment is poised to elevate the school’s leadership and academic standards, according to an official release.

During her tenure as principal – senior school from 2013-2023 at The Shri Ram School in Gurgaon, Malhotra showcased exemplary leadership, leveraging her more than 26 years of experience. One of her notable achievements during this period was the successful implementation of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme in 2005. Furthermore, in 2015, she broadened the school’s academic repertoire by introducing the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, as stated in the release.

Malhotra has held senior leadership roles in curriculum planning, teacher training, staff and student development and strategic planning. Her expertise extends to drafting and implementing policies for the school. Prior to her role as principal, Malhotra served as an IB coordinator and head of the department of Biology and Environmental Sciences.
