Maharashtra SSC result 2018 LIVE: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education declared MSBSHSE 10th result on June 8 at around 12 Noon on its official websites mahresult.nic.in and sscresult.mkcl.org and the marks were uploaded at 1 PM. The result of the examination that was conducted between March 1 and March 24 was declared during a press conference. The pass percentage of Maharashtra SSC result 2018 is at 89.41%. A total of 14,56,203 students passed, out of the 16,28,613 students who appeared for the exam in March 2018. The students can also check HSC examination result on indiaresults.com and examresults.net. Konkan secured the first position with a pass percentage of 96% while Nagpur came last with 85.97%. A total of 16,36,250 students had registered for the exams across nine divisions in the state.

1:04 PM: The Maharashtra SSC examination was conducted for 57 subjects out of which 11 subjects had 100 percent results. Of the candidates who have passed, 4,03,137 have passed with distinction of which 63331 students have more than 90 percent marks.

12:59 PM: The link is now active on Maharashtra State Board’s websites and the students can check their scores.

12:55 PM: This year, 17.51 lakh students appeared for the SSC examination that was conducted by the Maharashtra Board from March 1 to March 24. Last year, around 89.50 per cent students cleared the Class 10 examination successfully.

12:50 PM: The Maharashtra SSC result 2018 marks will be uploaded on the official websites of Maharashtra Board mahresult.nic.in and sscresult.mkcl.org in next 10 minutes. The students are advised to keep their admit cards ready.

12:43 PM: The Maharashtra Board had taken strict measures to prevent the incidents of paper leak and cheating. The board had formed 58 flying squads and 37 central squads for vigilance this year. However, there were reports of incidents of paper leak and an hour after the start of the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examination, photos of question paper of MIL subject started circulating on WhatsApp at around Kendrapara district.

12:30 PM: Apart from the official website of Maharashtra Board mahresult.nic.in, the students can also check the result on maharashtraeducation.com and results.mkcl.org. The students will also be able to check their scores through SMS and on apps.

12:26 PM: Girls have once again outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 91.17. Boys have recorded a pass percentage of 87.27. A total of 5486 candidates scored above 90 per cent in the Maharashtra Board HSC exams this year. The date for the distribution of marksheets will also be announced in two days.

12:22 PM: 86.87 per cent of handicapped students have passed the examination.

12:18 PM: A total of 125 students have got 100 per cent marks. Among schools, 400 have obtained 100 per cent pass percentage. 33 schools have got zero pass percentage. The schools that got 0 pass percentage are from Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Amaravati, Nasik and Latur.

12:12 PM: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has declared MSBHSE 12th result on its official website. The students will be able to check the scores at around 1 PM.

Maharashtra SSC result 2018: How to check

1. Go to the official website of Maharashtra Board – Maharashtra.

2. Look for the link that says MSBSHSE 10th result.

3. Enter details in the provided fields and submit.

4. Download the result and take a print out for future reference.

Last year statistics:

In 2017, the Maharashtra Board had announced SSC result on June 13. Back then, more than 17 lakh students had registered for the SSC examination and more than 16 lakh students appeared for it. The overall pass percentage was at 88.74 per cent.

Over 17 lakh students had appeared for the exam out of which 9,89,908 were boys and 7,76,190 were girls. The Board had conducted the examination at 4,728 centres across the state. In order to pass the exam, the students need to score at least 35 per cent in each subject.

In 2016, a total of 17,27,496 students had appeared for the exam
