The newly elected Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath is leaving no stone unturned to make sure that state governance is in right place. On Thursday morning he paid surprise visits to many places including the Hazratganj police station. Previously, he had asked UP Government officials to submit details of their movable and immovable properties and income tax within a time period of 15 days. Along with Adityanath, Deputy CMs KP Maurya and Dinesh Sharma were also present at the meeting. Adityanath, who is 5-time from UP’s Gorakhpur, was sworn-in as the 21st chief minister of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. The Gorakhnath temple Mahant was unanimous choice of 312 BJP MLAs.

12:30 PM: Adityanath said he came to see whether the operations are going on properly or not. He has requested the police officials to take their job more seriously and spend more hours in the office to serve the people.
