Earlier, Dominica conferred its highest national recognition, The Dominica Award of Honour, to PM Modi for his outstanding contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic and his support in strengthening the India-Dominica relationship. Additionally, Nigeria honoured Modi with the Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON), making him the second foreign dignitary after Queen Elizabeth to receive this prestigious honour.

These awards bring PM Modi’s total international awards to 19, showcasing his strong diplomatic leadership on the global stage.
