Mahindra ShubhLabh Services, a Mahindra & Mahindra subsidiary, on Monday signed a joint venture agreement with Belgium-based Univeg to develop a fresh fruit supply chain for domestic and international markets.
The 60:40 partnership, where Mahindra will have the major stake, will focus on grapes and other key fruit to start off. The financial details of the partnership were not given by the company.
