Comic star Kapil Sharma has been facing tough times ever since the fight between him and another comedian, Sunil Grover, who is known by his fans as Dr. Masoor Gulati, broke out. Kapil Sharma has been alleged of physically and verbally abusing Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar, and Chandana Prabhakar on his flight back from Australia. Since the news of scuffle between the comedians of the Comedy Nights with Kapil show broke; Sunil, Ali, and Chandan were not seen on the sets of the show.
According to the media reports, “Kapil also had to cancel shoots because he couldn’t get big celebrities as guests on his show. ” Finally, he shot an episode with Naam Shabana team with Taapsee Pannu and Manoj Bajpayee. It has been reported that while shooting for the film Kapil Sharma broke down in front of everyone including the audience present.
Earlier in the day, it has been reported that the producer of the show and Kapil’s close friend Preeti Simoes has quit the show and has deactivated her twitter account too. According to the reports, the immediate reason for leaving the show was online bashing. Many people on twitter had accused her of leaking detailed version of the fights between Kapil and Grover. Preeti Simoes who was alleged of dating Kapil Sharma was bashed online, with even twitterati trolling her for being jealous of Kapil Sharma’s future wife.
If it was not enough, another news has landed Kapil Sharma into a big trouble. It has been reported that Sony channel is considering to shut down ‘Comedy nights with Kapil’ show. Next month is the renewal month for the show and amid these developments, it has been speculated that the channel might not renew its once- upon-a-time popular show.
