The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning at many places over Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Mahe, Puducherry and Karaikal on Sunday. It also forecasted isolated heavy rainfall in south interior Karnataka from Monday onwards.

Delhi
The national capital will experience a mainly clear sky with mist in the morning. The maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 33 and 16 degrees Celsius respectively. On Saturday, the maximum and minimum temperatures registered at 33.3 degrees and 14.8 degrees Celsius respectively.
Himachal Pradesh
The Met Office has forecast light rain and snow in higher reaches in the state from October 31. However, the weather in the state will be pleasant during the week. There are also chances of snowfall in the region. Shimla will experience maximum and minimum temperature of 23 and 12 degrees Celsius respectively. In the past 24 hours, the lowest temperature was recorded at Keylong (1.1 degree Celsius) and the highest temperature at Una (31.2 degrees Celsius).
Jammu and Kashmir
The Union Territory is likely to experience dry weather today. In the last 24 hours, the maximum and minimum temperature settled at 29.3 degrees and (-) 0.3 degree Celsius respectively.
West Bengal, Sikkim
The sky will remain partly cloudy in Kolkata today. The maximum and minimum temperatures are most likely around 31 degrees and 23 degrees Celsius respectively. Meanwhile, the dry weather is most likely to occur over Sikkim and all the districts of Sub Himalayan West Bengal.
Odisha
The dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha on Sunday. The Regional Met Office, Bhubaeshwar has issued a weather warning for the fishermen and this is valid for the next five days. The state capital will experience fog or mist in the morning and mainly clear sky later. The maximum and minimum temperature are very likely to be around 32 degrees and 20 degrees Celsisus respectively.
