The Chief Minister assured the Adani team of the state government’s commitment to providing necessary facilities and subsidies to attract industries, including the Adani Group, to invest in Telangana.

The Adani Group is said to have expressed interest in establishing a data centre and an aerospace park in the state. In a parallel venture, the group is already in the process of setting up a 300-MW data centre in Andhra Pradesh, a project touted as the largest of its kind in the country, promising to revolutionise broadband services.

This meeting coincides with the Supreme Court’s decision to decline the transfer of the investigation into allegations of stock price manipulation, levelled by Hindenburg Research against the Adani Group, to a special investigation team.

The Congress, led by Rahul Gandhi, has accused the central government of exhibiting favouritism towards the Adani Group and also sought to link the rise of its chairman, Gautam Adani, to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
