BluSmart, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), not only labelled its founders as “fraud” but also highlighted grievances within the ride-hailing company. The post revealed that employees have not received their salaries for four months and stated that there is no point in requesting refunds through social media.
“Everyone, Blusmart company has been shut since February 2025,” the company said in a social media post.
It added, “Founders have committed the fraud. Do not expect any refund of your wallet money.”
“Even the employees have not received their 4 months’ salary. No point messaging on social media,” the social media post further said.

Gensol Engineering fraud
BluSmart was shut down in February after its founders, Anmol and Puneet Jaggi, allegedly misused institutional loans, laundered funds through associated entities, and funded an extravagant lifestyle at the expense of minority shareholders.
The company secured a Rs 900 crore loan intended for the procurement of electric vehicles (EVs), but allegedly diverted Rs 262 crore to purchase a luxury apartment in DLF Camellias.
While Gensol had committed to acquiring 6,400 EVs, it delivered only 4,704 vehicles worth Rs 567.73 crore. The remaining funds were reportedly funnelled through a former employee’s firm, Wellray Solar Industries, and routed to related parties, including personal transfers to the Jaggi brothers, who are at the centre of the scandal.
How did social media users react to this post?
“This is actually iconic stuff,” said Viraj Sheth, CEO of Monk Entertainment.
Another added, “BluSmart really committed to the ‘no refunds, no salaries, just chaos’ business model.”
“You can’t lose a job when you don’t have one,” commented a third.
A fourth posted, “‘Founders have done the fraud’ is crazy work.”
