A Jammu-bound train was searched for approximatelyu 40 minutes after a passenger claimed there was a suspicious object onboard at Rani Kamalapti station in Madhya Pradesh’s Bhopal on Friday morning.
The Pune-Jammu Tawi Jhelum Express was stopped at Rani Kamalapati station around 9 am as a precaution, PTI reported. However, RPF commandant Prashant Yadav said the information turned out to be false.

A passenger on the train alerted the ticket checker about a suspicious object, which led the train being stopped at Rani Kamalapati station, according to Yadav. After a 40-minute search revealed nothing suspicious, the train resumed its journey at 9.40 a.m, the official added.
The passenger is currently being questioned.
