What Exit Poll Results 2023 showed

Exit poll survey results remain divided on the outcome of the Assembly elections, especially in the Hindi-heartland states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. While Most exit poll surveys predicted a neck-and-neck contest in MP with a slight edge to the Congress, agencies like Axis My India and Today’s Chanakya have projected a landslide win for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Rajasthan, however, is a tale of contrast. While most pollsters have predicted a clear majority for the BJP, India Today-Axis My India and News 24-Today’s Chanakya have predicted an advantage for the Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government in the state. There appears to be some consensus among pollsters over the outcome in Telangana and Chhattisgarh with both projected to go the Congress’ way.
