Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday (June 2) announced that he would surrender himself at Tihar Jail later in the day, following visits to Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial at Raj Ghat and the Hanuman temple in Connaught Place.
Kejriwal was released from prison on May 10, having been granted interim bail by the Supreme Court in a money laundering case related to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam, allowing him to campaign in the Lok Sabha polls, which concluded on June 1.
