Whiteland Corporation has awarded construction contracts worth ₹2,000 crore to Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. and Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. for the first phase of its upcoming residential development, Westin Residences Gurugram, located in Sector 103 along the Dwarka Expressway.
The project spans nearly 20 acres and includes around 1,700 residential units. It is part of a larger construction plan with a total estimated value of Rs 4,000 crore.

Kalpataru Projects and Ahluwalia Contracts are among India’s prominent construction firms, with active projects across the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Both companies have been onboarded for their track record in large-scale execution and timely delivery.

The Dwarka Expressway region has seen rapid real estate development over the past few years, driven by infrastructure upgrades and improved connectivity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport and central Gurugram. Several private developers have launched mid- to high-end residential projects in the area, positioning it as a key extension of the NCR housing market.
