South Western Railway has announced train cancellations and partial cancellations due to line and power blocks between Hejjala and Kengeri stations for insertion and removal of a temporary girder in place of Level Crossing No. 16. Passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
Complete Train Cancellations
According to the South Western Railway, Train No. 56265 Arsikere–Mysuru Daily Passenger, Train No. 06269 Mysuru–SMVT Bengaluru Daily Passenger Special and Train No. 06270 SMVT Bengaluru–Mysuru Daily Passenger Special will be cancelled on 25.12.2025 and 08.01.2026.
Additionally, Train No. 56266 Mysuru–Arsikere Daily Passenger and Train No. 66535 KSR Bengaluru–Channapatna Daily MEMU services will be cancelled on 26.12.2025 and 09.01.2026.
Partial Train Cancellations
The following trains, journey commencing on 25.12.2025 and 08.01.2026, will be partially cancelled as per South Western Railway.
Train No. 06526 Ashokapuram–KSR Bengaluru Daily MEMU Special will be partially cancelled between Channapatna–KSR Bengaluru and will be short-terminated at Channapatna.
Train No. 16022 Ashokapuram–Dr. MGR Chennai Central Daily Express will be partially cancelled between Ashokapuram–KSR Bengaluru and will originate from KSR Bengaluru instead of Ashokapuram at its scheduled departure time.
Train No. 66580 Ashokapuram–KSR Bengaluru Daily MEMU will be partially cancelled between Ramanagaram–KSR Bengaluru and will be short-terminated at Ramanagaram.
On 26.12.2025 and 09.01.2026, Train No. 66579 KSR Bengaluru–Ashokapuram Daily MEMU will be partially cancelled between KSR Bengaluru–Ramanagaram and will originate from Ramanagaram instead of KSR Bengaluru at its scheduled departure time.
