The Ministry of Railways on Friday (March 29) shared a glimpse of the Rail bridge between Barang and Naraj Marthapur in Odisha, which is a masterpiece of architecture nestled amidst the natural beauty of the region. In a picturesque tribute to engineering marvels, the sun takes a temporary backstage, allowing the spotlight to illuminate a stunning portrait capturing the Rail bridge. 

“Sun takes the backstage, giving rise to a portrait in ink capturing the Rail bridge between Barang and Naraj Marthapur, Odisha,” the Railway Ministry said in a tweet.

Located in the picturesque landscape of Odisha, the Rail bridge between Barang and Naraj Marthapur serves as a vital link for transportation. The serene surroundings and the rhythmic flow of the river provide a perfect picture and capture the essence of the bridge. 

Meanwhile, as India eagerly waits for its first bullet train project, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday shared an update on the completion of another significant milestone. Vaishnaw took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share a video of the nation’s first ballastless track system being developed for the bullet train project between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. 

According to the tweet shared by Vaishnaw, National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has completed the viaduct work on the 153 km stretch of the ambitious Bullet Train project, which has a 320 kmph speed barrier. NHSRCL has also completed the 295.5 km of pier work on the 508-km-long corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad scheduled to be operational by 2026.
