Green Line extension to open in Sept-end

Meanwhile, according to multiple media reports, the extension of Namma Metro’s Green Line, a 3.14-km stretch from Nagasandra to Madavara in northwestern Bengaluru, is expected to open by the end of September. This extension, which features stations at Manjunath Nagar, Chikkabidarakallu, and Madavara, has faced significant delays, making it the slowest to build in Namma Metro’s history. Challenges with land acquisition and financial issues encountered by the contractor have contributed to these delays.
