DLF has sold 221 ultra-luxury flats for nearly Rs 16,000 crore in its ultra-luxury housing project “The Dahlias” in Gurugram. The project was launched last year in October.

In a conference call with analysts, DLF revealed that it has sold 221 flats in its luxury residential project, “The Dahlias”, as of the September quarter, news agency PTI reported. The company noted that the average price per apartment is around Rs 72 crore.

The news agency further reported that, as per the company’s latest investor presentation, total sales bookings for the project have reached Rs 15,818 crore by the end of the September quarter.

Launched last year, “The Dahlias” is a 17-acre ultra-luxury development located in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram. It has 420 luxury apartments and penthouses.

Recently, a Delhi-NCR-based industrialist bought 4 apartments, totalling 35,000 sq ft of super area, for Rs 380 crore in this project.

“The towers share a common wall, with the apartments located on adjacent floors, allowing them to be seamlessly combined,” HT quoted Kshitij Jain, founder of Rizin Advisory Pvt Ltd, who facilitated the deal, as saying.

The report added that Jain didn’t disclose the buyer’s identity.

In May this year, former India cricketer Shikhar Dhawan bought super-luxury apartment, located within “The Dahlias” project in Gurugram, for Rs 69 crore. He, as per a previous FinancialExpress.com report, paid Rs 3.28 crore in stamp duty.

After the success of “The Camellias” in Gurugram, DLF launched its second ultra-luxury housing project, “The Dahlias”, at the same location. The project has been a major contributor to DLF’s record sales of 21,223 crore in 2024-25.

DLF Ltd posted a 15 per cent drop in its consolidated net profit, which came in at Rs 1,180 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal year, compared to Rs 1,381 crore during the same period last year. Revenue from operations have also declined to 1,643 crore in the July-September quarter from 1,975 crore a year earlier. However, the company’s total income rose slightly to 2,261 crore from 2,180 crore, supported by higher other income, PTI reported.
