Nasdaq-listed ReNew Energy Global, a decarbonisation solutions company, on Monday announced a significant jump of 415% in its net profit for the fourth quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal at Rs 313.7 crore compared with Rs 60.9 crore in Q4FY24.

For the full year (FY25), the company’s net profit rose to Rs 459.1 crore against Rs 414.7 crore in FY24.

The adjusted Ebitda for the fourth quarter stood at Rs 2,211.8 crore against Rs 1,681 crore in Q4FY24.

Total income stood at Rs 3,439.1 crore, compared to Rs 2,477.6 crore in the same period last fiscal. Revenue from the sale of power rose to Rs 1,829.4 crore, compared to Rs 1,690.8 crore in Q4FY24.

As of March 31, the company’s has a portfolio of 17.3 GW, compared with 13.5 GW in the previous fiscal. Subsequent to the fiscal-end, the company has signed 1.2 GW of power purchase agreements (PPAs), taking the total portfolio to 18.5 GW (+1.1 GWh Battery Energy Storage System). In addition, ReNew has 6.5 GW of solar module manufacturing and 2.5 GW of cell manufacturing capacity.

The company’s commissioned capacity has increased 12.4% year-on-year to 10.7 GW (net of 300 MW of assets sold during FY25) as of March 31, 2025, the company said. Subsequent to the fiscal-end, ReNew has commissioned 466 MW, of which 436 MW is solar and 30 MW is wind, taking the total commissioned capacity to 11.2 GW.

In the current fiscal, the company expects to complete construction of 1.6-2.4 GW of capacity. 

The adjusted Ebitda and cash flow-to-equity guidance for FY26 are subject to weather and resource availability being similar to FY25, the company said. 

“The company anticipates continued net gains in sales of assets, which is part of ReNew’s capital recycling strategy, and has included Rs 100-200 crore related to asset sales in the adjusted Ebitda. The company also expects external sales from our module and cell manufacturing operations and has included Rs 500-700 crore of adjusted Ebitda against such sales in this guidance,” ReNew said in a statement.

The company has a clean energy portfolio of 18.5 GW on a gross basis as of June 16.
