Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd, a supplier of rolled, forged, and machined products, on Friday announced that the resolution plan submitted by the company for the acquisition of ACIL Limited has been approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi. 

ACIL Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of high precision engineering automotive components and majorly manufactures crankshafts for tractors, HCV, LCV as well as two wheelers. Besides, the company also manufactures connecting rods, steering knuckles and hubs. lts manufacturing facility is located in Gurugram, Haryana.
