NBCC (India) on Wednesday said that it has been selected by the Ministry of External Affairs (GEM Division) for providing project management consultant services for the construction of chancery-cum-residential complex at CGI, Jeddah. This MEA project, it said, has a value of $30 million or approximately Rs 249 crore.
“The MEA has awarded the subject work to NBCC at PMC fee at 4.41 per cent (exclusive of taxes) i.e. Rs 11 crore (approx),” the company said in a regulatory filing.
Earlier in January, NBCC (India) had bagged a work order from National Institute of Fashion Technology for construction of National Institute of National Institute of Fashion Technology Campus at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and modification works of existing Trade FaciIitation Centre as part of Campus. The order value was worth Rs 218 crore.
