magicFleet, the logistics arm of hyperlocal commerce firm magicpin, has crossed 100,000 monthly deliveries and is planning to double this by the end of 2025-26, according to Anshoo Sharma, CEO and Founder at magicpin.

“magicFleet was launched less than a year ago and is delivering 1.4 million orders monthly across India’s top cities,” Sharma said. “With this milestone, magicFleet is now among the top five hyperlocal logistics players in the country.”

He added that the firm is already among the top three food delivery players in the country, and building logistics capabilities is a natural progression to drive more business to merchant partners.

Launched in September last year, magicFleet can be used by local fleet operators with as few as 10 riders to provide delivery services on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). It leverages AI to offer real-time fleet tracking, automated rider allocation and full-stack delivery visibility.

magicFleet can also be used by fleet operators like Ola and Rapido to provide hyperlocal logistics services on ONDC.

According to the company, the platform has onboarded over 100,000 riders since its launch. It is currently live in seven metros, including Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai.

magicFleet comes with a rider companion app which allows logistics franchises to onboard, manage, and pay riders while managing clients. It enables hyper-localised services via a franchise model, enhancing delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction in targeted areas by focusing on small localities and city-level expansion.
