ICICI Securities on Friday announced that Kedar Deshpande, Head – Retail Distribution, has tendered his resignation from the services of the company. The resignation, it added, will take effect from the close of business hours on April 12, 2024.
“We wish to inform you that Mr Kedar Deshpande, Head – Retail Distribution (within the category of senior management in the Company), vide letter dated March 28, 2024, has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
In his resignation letter, Kedar Deshpande stated that he wishes to pursue alternate career opportunities outside of the ICICI Group.
“I wish to resign from the company to pursue alternate career opportunities outside of the ICICI Group. I would appreciate if I can be relieved from the services of the company onm or before the close of business hours on April 12, 2024. I would like to thank you and the company management for the support and co-operation during my stint with ICICI Securities Limited,” the resignation letter read.
