Online real-estate portal Housing has acqui-hired two companies BigBHK and Plat that are into managing properties and providing network of real estate inventories to agents, respectively.
Housing did not disclose the acquisition amount. Acqui-hiring is a process by which a company acquires a firm merely for the talent and expertise of the employees rather than products or services. Big BHK will help Housing in maintaining its real estate agents’ rental accounting, inventory management, etc.
