In a big surprise to the people who want to own OnePlus 3 mobile phone, Flipkart will offer the smartphone at a discounted price in its Big Shopping Days sale starting on Saturday night at 11:59 pm. The e-commerce giant reveals that the device will be available at Rs 18,999, that will be 9,000 lower than its original price of Rs 27,999. However, the offer brought surprise even for the company who in a tweet stated another e-commerce major Amazon India as its official partner and added that it could not guarantee the authenticity of the product sold elsewhere.

Flipkart is lanching the three-day sale between December 18 to 21 offering thousands of electronic, home decor, fashion and beauty products. In the new poster of sale, the company reveals the discounted price of the mobile phone that will be available to the customers only till 4 pm on December 18 or till stocks last, as reported by The Indian Express.

While the offer was enough to excite the potential buyers of the smartphone, it surprised the global head and co-founder of the company who in a tweet to the Flipkart questioned “What’s this? We’re exclusive with Amazon”. It was followed by a press statement mentioning the company’s partnership with Amazon India along with a tweet on its wall advising customers to purchase the mobile phone through official channels only as it could not guarantee the authencity “elsewhere”.
