Exalogic Consulting, a technology solution provider, developed ‘RealCube’, a cloud platform to improvise methods of property management. After the Middle East, now the company is aiming to expand its services to India, as per the press release from the company.
RealCube is an integrated SaaS platform that aims to help stakeholders manage their real estate-related needs, such as sales and leasing, property management, community management, facility management, CRM and vendor management, among other functional requirements, as detailed in the release.
Further, Exalogic Consulting is aiming to deploy its product within public housing. Moreover, the company claimed that it aligns closely with the priorities of the government of India’s ‘Housing for All’ mission.
Moreover, the company claimed that this real estate management software is embraced globally, particularly in the UAE with adoption by major developers and property management firms.
The release further mentioned that the RealCube is designed to automate every process of managing residential and commercial properties. From tenant screening to rent collection, the RealCube platform aims to streamline every aspect of property management.
“RealCube manages 150,000 units for property, community and facilities management, meeting 35,000 SLAs. With over 10 million communications handled, RealCube reduces manual workload and improves various processes,” Naveen Kumar, co-founder and chief technology officer, Exalogic Consulting, said.
