Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon is delighted to announce the appointment of Deepak Yadav as the new Pastry Chef for the hotel. Mr. Yadav will be responsible for the overall functioning of MoMo 2 Go, the bakery at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon and use his creativity to make desserts more exciting.

“I am excited and look forward to my role as Pastry Chef at the Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon property to take the pastry department to new heights”, says Deepak Yadav. He joins Courtyard by Marriot, Gurgaon from Gourmet Empire Pvt. Ltd, Chandigarh, where he was working as an Executive Pastry chef.

Commenting on the appointment, Kanika Hasrat, General Manager stated, “Deepak Yadav comes with a rich experience in the Dessert department which I am sure will help him to apply his skills to innovate and improvise our Desserts menu and delight the sweet tooth of our guests.”

Deepak Yadav, holds a Diploma in Bakery & Confectionary from Centaur Hotel, New Delhi and has worked with hotels such as Courtyard Marriott, Kuwait City as a Pastry Sr. CDP, Marriot, Jaipur as a Jr. Sous Chef, Janpath Hotel as Chef de Partie, Mismo Kitchen and at DLF Emporio (luxury brands mall) at SET z restaurant as a Sr. Chef de Partie.

He has a natural flair for dessert design, production and creating personalized menus that include sweets, candies, home-made ice creams, sorbets, pralines and signature breads which he is a master at. With a deep understanding of International desserts and having worked with different nationalities in the kitchen, Deepak Yadav has the expertise and exposure to bring success to the organization.
