THE JOB
Managing the corporation of Canon India requires a lot of people skills. I take great pleasure in interacting and communicating with people both inside and outside of the company.
THE WEEKDAYS
My day starts with a half an hour walk with my wife followed by squeezing fresh orange juice for all my family members. The work day starts at 8:30 am with meetings. I expect my team to take care of all aspects of their job in a 360-degree manner, including managing their own physical and mental health.
THE WEEKEND
My weekends are spent mainly in cooking and tending to my garden. I water the plants sown by me, which are mainly vegetables. They are later used as ingredients when I am cooking. I believe in using fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce and try to cook at least one meal for my family on the weekend.
THE TOYS
I cannot do without my iPhone 6 and my Dell laptop. I am also hooked to my Bose home theatre system where I watch the latest movies.
THE LOGO
I wear Hugo Boss on the weekdays and Uniqlo on weekends. I prefer Nike when it comes to playing sports. For wallets, I use Coach. I came across this designer brand on Fifth Avenue in New York, in 1981. I haven’t used any other brand since.
