Adani Ports and SEZ posted a 27 per cent YoY profit growth in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,109 crore in Q2 FY26. Last fiscal year, the Adani Group company’s consolidated net profit in the second quarter was Rs 2,445 crore. 

Furthermore, Adani Ports and SEZ reported a 29.7 per cent revenue growth in the quarter. The company’s consolidated revenue in Q2 FY26 stood at Rs 9,167 crore. In the corresponding quarter of FY25, its consolidated revenue was Rs 7,067 crore. 

The major infrastructure arm of the Adani Group reported an EBITDA of Rs 5,550 in Q2 FY26. The company’s EBITDA grew by 27 per cent on a yearly basis as it EBITDA in Q2 FY25 was at Rs 4,369 crore in Q2 FY25. 

Adani Ports & SEZ segment-wise revenue

Adani Ports and SEZ’s domestic port revenue business reported a 16 per cent YoY revenue growth in the quarter. The segment reported a revenue of Rs 6,351 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 5,474 crore in Q2 FY25. 

The company’s international ports business grew 35 per cent YoY in Q2 FY26. The segment’s revenue grew to Rs 1,077 crore in Q2 FY26, up from Rs 798 crore in the same period last fiscal year. 

Further, the company’s logistics segment’s revenue clocked at Rs 1,055 crore in Q2 FY26, against Rs 588 crore in Q2 FY25.

“Logistics and Marine businesses have continued their exponential growth trajectory, further reinforcing our port-gate to customer-gate offering.”  Ashwani Gupta, Whole-time Director & CEO of Adani Ports and SEZ, said in a statement.

He added that  the company’s various operational efficiency and capital optimisation initiatives have led to the strongest ever H1 domestic ports EBITDA margin and a significant improvement in Logistics RoCE
