Deepinder Goyal, co-founder and chief executive officer of food delivery platform Zomato, has incorporated a new venture “Continue”, foraying into the health and mental fitness industry. Zomato will not have any involvement in the new venture.

The new firm is registered under the name “Unslope Advisors Private Ltd”. According to the Registrar of Companies (RoC) filings, seen by FE, the firm was incorporated on April 7, 2024, and has two promoters, Goyal and Ashish Goel. They contributed an initial capital of Rs 50 lakh towards the company.

Goel has earlier served as the head of product design at Zomato and Blinkit. He is also a promoter of Delhi-based Boca Food and Beverages, which sells sparkling water. His role in the new venture, however, remains unclear.

On Monday, Goyal took to social media platform X to clarify that “Continue” is his personal venture.

“It is as of now, my personal health and wellness team, entirely funded by me, which tracks and researches how to keep me running at my peak performance,” he wrote.

“Spending time with the Continue team is like going to the gym for me. Or you can also say that it helps me avoid visits to doctors. We are developing new things, we have some new insights, and it will be super cool if one day, we are able to gather enough evidence behind what we have found, to share with the world. More updates when I have them,” he added.

With this new venture, Goyal has set foot into a new industry. He is already involved in many sectors including food delivery via Zomato, quick commerce via BlinkIt, entertainment and ticketing via District, and supplies via HyperPure.

In the past as well, Goyal has shown a keen interest in the health and fitness industry. He is an investor in Ultrahuman, a startup that makes wearables like the Ultrahuman Ring to track health metrics. He currently owns around 8% of the company. He had also acquired another brand Fitso and later sold to Curefit.

The website domain, Continue.com, is yet to be made operational and has the description “The Ultimate Health Tracker. Coming soon”.
