Norton Motorcycles, a part of TVS Motor, announced that Dr. Robert Hentschel is stepping down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, and will take on a non-executive director role within the company.
The company has introduced a new leadership structure, with Nevijo Mance to join as Executive Director, responsible for overseeing all upstream operations. This includes product design, development, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, and supply chain management.
Richard Arnold, appointed Executive Director in June 2024, will oversee downstream operations, including marketing, sales, distribution, customer relations, after-sales service, product management, and public relations. His focus will be on improving the customer experience, growing Norton’s market presence, and strengthening the brand globally.
Role of Robert Hentschel in Norton’s success
Hentschel has played a key role in strengthening Norton’s foundations, since 2021, helping the company navigate important stages of its growth plan and build a solid operational base. He has also developed a strong partnership with parent company TVS Motor, which has been crucial to Norton’s progress and future success.
