Remsons Industries Ltd, a manufacturer of automotive OEM components has reported a 17% increase in net profit to Rs 4 crore for the quarter ended December 2024, compared to Rs 3.4 crore in the same period of the previous year. Revenue surged 25% to Rs 102.6 crore from Rs 82.2 crore, while EBITDA saw a significant 47% rise to Rs 12.4 crore from Rs 8.4 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2023, according to an official press release.

The company caters to two- three- and four-wheelers, as well as commercial and off-highway vehicles across India and global automotive OEMs.

“Our priorities for the coming quarters include strengthening our business model, moving up the value chain, and driving sustained growth. Additionally, we aim to expand our product portfolio and explore new opportunities in the Railways sector,” Krishna Kejriwal, Managing Director, Remsons Industries Ltd, said.

The OEM components maker claims that the performance is driven by companies’ strategic focus on high-value products, operational efficiencies, and strong export realisations. 

“Our revenue for Q3 FY25 reached an all-time high of Rs 1,026 million, marking a 25% year-on-year growth. EBITDA stood at Rs 124 million, reflecting a robust 12% margin, while net profit surged 17% to Rs 40 million, further solidifying our financial position,” he added.
