myTVS launches last-mile service for EV fleet operators

The company launched a ‘MaaS’ platform for last-mile EV fleet operators, which aims to guarantee the platform’s flexibility and offer comprehensive support for electric mobility.

The digital automotive aftermarket platform, myTVS, announced the launch of its pan India ‘Mobility-as-a-Service’ (MaaS) platform for last-mile EV fleet operators.

Mobility-as-a-Service: What does it offer?

The platform offers OEMs, to provide an extensive range of services, such as, from leasing to real-time fleet management, servicing, spare parts management (supported by a digital catalogue of 1.8 lakh SKUs), charging solutions (including portable chargers and myTVS charging stations), telematics, roadside assistance, insurance, and tyre management, the platform ensures seamless operations of the fleet all under one umbrella. Additionally, the platform also offers vehicle refurbishment services to extend fleet life and efficiency.

As per myTVS, its ‘MaaS’ platform aims to be the premier destination for last-mile fleet operators, facilitating their growth alongside their customers. This comprehensive service platform will provide customised digital solutions for quick commerce players through strategic partnerships with all stakeholders. As part of its launch, myTVS has partnered with MoEVing, a leading EV-based logistics company in India. The platform also aims to offer plug-and-play solutions to accelerate vehicle electrification while enhancing performance, supporting the government’s initiative for faster EV adoption and green mobility.

A recent report by BCG highlights that the organised last-mile delivery market, particularly in food, grocery and e-commerce, is expected to grow at a CAGR of 15-20% over the next five years. EV adoption is said to increase significantly in organised last-mile delivery fleets, with 20-30% adoption across two-wheelers, three-wheelers and four-wheelers, by 2025. 

Raghavan further added that they aim to add another 2500 outlets in the next two years and grow our market share to 10-12%.

The mobility platform has an adaptable quality and allows for integration with insurance providers, financial service partners, and leasing companies, making it a flexible solution for all stakeholders in the EV ecosystem, along with OEMs.
