With the aim of expediting its services, the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) has implemented several digital transformation projects to break free from the constraints of conventional paperwork and bureaucratic delays.
Stakeholders can access 33 eServices online via Nivesh Mitra, UP government’s single window System, for tasks like land allocation, lease execution, and building approvals. Timely processing has boosted satisfaction to 93%, as per the latest data from Nivesh Mitra.
Further, mobile apps improve user experience, offering easy access to vital information. UPSIDA’s commitment is shown through user-friendly dashboards and simplified online payments with banks like PNB, SBI, and HDFC, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders and fostering convenience, the data shows.
Moreover, UPSIDA utilises Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to provide investors with crucial insights. The GIS portal offers access to essential information as land bank details, road networks, and distances from key landmarks such as railway stations. Enhanced data visualization empowers investors to make informed decisions, thereby fostering an investment-friendly environment. The GIS portal is a comprehensive platform for managing geospatial data in industrial areas, providing real-time information such as land-use patterns, infrastructure details, and environmental data.
