CareStack, a cloud-based dental software solutions platform, has announced the acquisition of Waybeo, an Indian startup offering advanced intelligence services in ad-generated phone calls.
According to an official release, Waybeo’s technology will be integrated with CareStack’s market around dental care. With the acquisition, Waybeo is expected to grow by expanding its footprint in India and international markets. Reportedly, before the acquisition, Waybeo unveiled CS Conversations for CareStack, offering AI-powered call analysis and real-time transcriptions to enhance patient-practitioner communications.
